Individual
Therapy
Ready to invest in your most important relationship?
Whether you’re dealing with burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, questions of identity, or a persistent feeling that something is off, therapy can offer a space to slow down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
Maybe the strategies that have helped you succeed professionally aren’t working anymore. You know how to solve problems, push through, and hold yourself to a high standard—but those same strategies can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.
I offer evidence-based individual therapy tailored to high-achieving professionals. We’ll work together to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, reconnect with what matters, and create meaningful change.
My approach is contemporary, relational, and psychodynamic, incorporating techniques from CBT and DBT when helpful. I also draw from somatic and trauma-informed approaches, with an emphasis on creating a space that is gender- and sexuality-affirming.
Strength Starts Within.
Together, we slow things down, get curious about the patterns underneath the problem, and create meaningful change. The goal isn’t simply to feel better for a moment, but to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.

I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement rates. I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If you cannot make your normal time, I will try to reschedule you to another time that week or an additional time the following week.
If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please notify me at least a WEEK prior to our session.

How long does therapy take?
There’s no set timeline for therapy. How long we work together depends on what brings you in, what you hope to change, and how the work unfolds. Meaningful change rarely comes from quick solutions or advice; it comes from sustained attention to what has been difficult to face alone.
If you have a specific timeline or pressing concern, an intensive may be a better fit. Intensives are structured around a defined number of sessions and a focused goal.
