The work

My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory. I believe that beneath our most entrenched patterns, our fiercest conflicts, and the defenses we’ve spent years building, there is something worth understanding—and the possibility of meaningful change.

I thrive in deep, difficult, transformational work. I’m not afraid of conflict, uncomfortable truths, or the conversations you’ve been avoiding. In fact, this is where the work begins. I want you to bring all of it into the room: the anger, the hurt, the resentment, the shame, the things you’ve never said out loud. You don’t have to make yourself look better, and you don’t have to protect me from what’s really happening.

I can handle it. 

My job isn’t to take sides, smooth things over, or help you maintain the status quo. It’s to help you see the patterns you’re caught in, understand what’s driving them, and take responsibility for how you show up.

Together, we’ll get beneath the surface of your struggles and do the work of creating something different.
