I truly love my work as a therapist.

It took time to find this path, but once I did, I knew it was where I was meant to be.

Supporting people through meaningful change and helping them connect more deeply to themselves and others is incredibly fulfilling- and it’s what I plan to do for the rest of my life.

I live and work in San Francisco.

In my early 20s, I immigrated from Eastern Europe to attend UC Berkeley, where I graduated with honors. After several years of working and growing personally and professionally, I returned to Berkeley to earn my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute.

I trained at the Marina Counseling Center in San Francisco, where I developed as a Psychodynamic Relational Psychotherapist. That experience, along with years of inner work and clinical practice, shaped how I show up with clients: engaged, authentic, and direct.

I am an advanced level Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT).

Whether working with couples or individuals, I work collaboratively with allmy clients.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory and integrative methods, emphasizing the importance of feeling secure and heard within the therapy space.

I work with people experiencing complex trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship and parenting challenges, and major life transitions.

I help to improve skills around communication and to navigate the complexities of different identities.

I welcome those from the LGBTG+ and non-monogamous or polyamorous communities.
